All right. I apologize for the glasses, but uh I look like I went 12 rounds with Sugar A Landed right now. So unfortunately, I'm gonna have to wear these glasses. And I think by Monday my eyes will be much better. But anyway, the Detroit Pro let out. Mofuda wins, no surprise there. I had him picked. I think most people had him picked. I don't know why like anybody else from that Arnold Classic lineup didn't do this show. I mean, it would have been easy picking. It would have been an easy win for Nick, for Hottie, for Andrew. Well, Andrew won, so it doesn't really matter. But any of these guys, Brandon, even, you know, I even messaged Akeem like hoping that he would do it, but he's doing the uh UK. But anyway, Mofuda wins. I don't want to take anything away from Mofuda. But look, let's call, let's call a circle, a circle here, okay? Mofuda wins. It's a weak lineup. All right. I mean, uh, Mofuda wins. Mofu, okay. Here's what I like about Mofuda. He's a young guy on his way up, making improvements. The rest of the guys, you know, blessing comes in second. He his legs just his upper, and it's a shame because his upper body is amazing. His back, his arms, even when it's in shape, his his abs, his upper body, his shoulders, he's got width, he's got thickness, but his uh his legs just are not balanced to his upper body. He's so top heavy, and and he was in shape in this show. You can clearly see he wanted to come in shape, and it's just legs just can't keep up. You know, it it's just it's gonna be his Achilles heel for his entire career. I'm afraid to say it, but it's the God's honest truth, okay? I'm just gonna keep it real. Uh third place is Elias McCallie, and he is clearly my favorite out of um everybody that competed in the Detroit Pro because he is a U.S. uh Marine Corvette, so I'm biased. That's how it works here on series until in this bodybuilding. If you are a veteran and you compete, I'm cheering for you, and you are my favorite. That's how it goes. Sorry. Uh, and then fourth is Patrick Moore. As in, I would rather see you a lot more less. You should change your name to Patrick. Please let me see you less than more. Because I mean, all right, he's a decent bodybuilder. He brings the same package every time. And in a week lineup, he comes in fourth. You know, the only way he can crack the top five is when he's in a weak lineup like this. Anytime he does a really good show, he gets fucking demolished. And not even a really, I mean, anytime he does like the the Chicago, New York tech, he gets demolished. I don't, I don't know. I don't even know at this point if it's cost effective for him to keep competing because he doesn't make improvements. He brings the same package, he has nice structure, he's got good structure. I I don't know. He's just not an impressive bodybuilder. He had that one time, I think four years ago, if I'm correct. I might be wrong, maybe five years ago, where he he broke the top 10 at the Olympia. That was probably his best look. But uh he's just he just just blessed that's Patrick Moore. You go, oh, okay, Patrick Moore. Yeah, I mean, I don't I can't get excited for Patrick Moore and blessing a woda boo. Because you know, like I said, blessing, I get great upper body. I mean, he's got like a Mr. Olympia upper body, and he's just he's cursed with the Johnny Jackson curse, only worse, where his legs just can't catch up. Uh whatever. It is what it is. In classic, uh, the winner was Wesley Vissers. Obviously, that was a get that was uh a given. I almost said a gift. No, that was a given, just like Mofuda was a given. We knew who was gonna win going into this show because the even the classic physique lineup was was very weak. I didn't even know who the rest of these guys were. The second was Ithango Gohari, he is uh Persian descent but lives in Australia. Third place was Paul Tasamasu. I I'm not gonna be able to pronounce these names, guys, and you already know that. So Paul Tasamu Sab Sabsu. And uh fourth comes in David, David Alagara Rosal. Okay, you know who it is. I don't I don't even know who these guys are, but it is what it is. And then Detroit does this thing where the uh winner of the open and the winner of the uh classic, they they do this, you know, pose down and and you become the king of Detroit. So Wesley wins that, he's king of Detroit. You ever been to Detroit? It is literally the unemployment capital of the U.S. I'd rather be the king of a bucket of piss than the king of Detroit, but it's a nice effect. Now, here are the good things about the show. Ford does an excellent job in his production. The live stream is excellent, the backdrop is excellent. Even the uh he's the only show that does the pose down between classic and open. Uh, he puts on a uh a great production. Uh, it's just sad that not more people ended the show. I really thought that we were gonna have it's only a week out. Only can't talk today. It's only a week out. I thought we would have much, much more talent that went into this show, but it is what it is. It was still a success for Fuad, I'm sure. I'm sure he made plenty of money, and I'm sure uh Mofuda's very happy. He punches his ticket to go to the Olympia. If I'm Mofuda, I'm not doing anything else except concentrating on the Olympia. I'm done. Over, okay, because this kid has the talent and the uh potential to be very, very good. So if I'm him, I'm not competing again till the Olympia and working on all my weaknesses that I need to work on to try to do as good as I possibly can at the Olympia for 2026. That would be my opinion for Mofuda, but who the fuck am I? All right, let's jump into it. Let's look at some pictures. Ah, here we go. Okay, so here's your winner. Obviously, you see this. Mofuda, blessing. All right, let's see. Now, let's see if there's any posing. Okay, so here is uh here is uh Wesley vs. Beats Mohammed Fuda in the overall, he would have won the show in the open class. Well, no, take it easy. He wouldn't have showed he wouldn't have won the show in the open class. Mofuda's just too thick and hard and dense. Come on, you know, it's two different categories. That's ridiculous. All right. Let's see if there is a shot of Mofuda posing down because he did look good. I like Mofuda's physique. The only thing holding him back is his lower back, his back, um, hamstrings and glutes. They're just not deep, hard, grainy, tight in conditionings that you get from a Derek or a Nick or a Hottie or you know what I mean? That would be the only thing holding him back. Let's see if we can get to Rx. I think Rx puts up a lot because Rx puts up a lot because um the announcer from Rx announced the show. Uh, what's his name? God, I can't even remember his name. What's his friggin' name? Uh, blah, blah, blah. What's his name? I f I forget his name. Whatever. You know who it is. Uh the guy from Rx Muscle, who has a great announcing voice. I can't believe I can't remember his name. Anyway, let's see if we can find more for okay. Here we go. Okay, yeah, let's see. Um, okay, of course, the slow posing that we all know that I can't stand, but whatever. I mean, it I understand why the guys do the slow ballerina type posing, because it's just easier to show off your physique that way. It's much harder to come out to a hard rock, hip-hop, techno beat, and pose and hold the pose because the beat is so up. Um, I would I wish uh we could see more of that because to me that gets me hyped when you watch the old Mike Madarazzo fucking pose downs when he when he used to come out and he used to have like this hard music, and he didn't give a shit. He just came out and the audience went nuts. But I understand why they do this because they can hold the pose according to the music, it syncs to the music, it's it's it's also a little easier to make the transitions, and it's not as exciting, but what a what a what they don't give a shit about my opinion. This is just how things work. But Mo Food will look great. Okay, let's go to blessing because blessing blessings just legs and even his calves, they just kill me. It's and I know I understand he's been trying for years now. He's been trying really hard. Uh his upper body is fantastic. It's really honestly, it's really a sin. This guy would be a top 10 Olympian if his legs were better, because his upper body is phenomenal. But not only are his legs under undersized, they're not even separated. And his calves are small too. It's it's horrible. It's just, you know, it throws his entire physique off. I don't even know, honestly. I probably would have given it to the I would have probably had him this guy in third because he was so his legs are so much smaller from his upper body. Let's let's look at the uh my favorite who is uh the uh the military man. Let's see, if is this him? No. Don't tell me they don't fucking put him up. Give the guy give the guy some fucking here he is, here he is. Sorry. Give the guy a little bit of oh no, is that Leonardo Leandro Perez? Yeah, that's Leandro. That's not give the give the guy who is a military vet, who's a marine, give the guy some fucking credit. I mean, I hate that. I really do. Alright, let's just look him up, okay? Uh his name is Ellias. I kinda like I kind of uh have a weak spot for veterans. You do you know what I mean? Because he is a veteran and he's a United States Marine Corps vet. Uh let's see if he has anything. Uh this is him. There we go. Okay. I mean, look, he's a he's a vet, and he's my favorite because he's a vet, but uh he looks more classic than he does in bot than bodybuilding. Obviously he comes in shape. You can see he's in shape. But you know gotta call a spade a spade here. You know what I mean? He he's uh he's not a top 20 guy. But all the credit in the world uh because he is a veteran. There we go, okay. This was today. Yeah, okay, so I mean he this guy beats Patrick Moore. This guy's beating Patrick Moore. Patrick's gotta really gotta do some soul searching. Really? I mean, come on, Patrick. Go go do something else. Stick it, go back to boxing. Really? You beat up that guy in the street. Maybe a maybe a better boxer than bodybuilder. I don't know. Alright, well, that's my wrap-up. I hope you like the uh the straightforward, no bullshit re uh review I did of the Detroit Pro. Um tune in Monday night live. Well, of course, Lee Priest will be back with us. And I believe uh Sean Cryer, another bodybuilder from the West Coast, will be with us. As we do shooting the breeze, we'll be talking about the Detroit Pro. We'll be talking about the Arnold UK and whatever the fuck else Lee Priest wants to talk about. God knows what comes out of his mouth. All right, guys. I'm out. Have a good night. Later. Peace.
