Oh my God. All right. Running a little bit late. But I'm here. And today I'm by myself. Like my new fucking bandana with the skeleton in the middle fingers. I think that's cool. I am by myself today. Uh Jason Arnes is not doing well. He is back in the hospital. He has some back problems. He had to go for some MRIs and X-rays. He's had two back surgeries in the past year. And uh he's back in the hospital. So let's try to keep him in our prayers. I've been keeping in touch with him. Um let's see. He uh he's in a lot of pain. So I just hope that uh let's see. He said that he's got cervical issues, a few herniations, bulging discs, compression, fracture on my T8. So let's keep him in our thoughts and uh and prayers. Uh and Paul is on vacation with his kids. He is in, I believe he's in Disneyland or Disney World or some shit like that. So uh I'm by myself, so you got me. So as usual, Anabolic Academy is brought to you by IPR Sups. The link is in the description. The discount code SNS10 is in the description. And you know, go and check it out. Uh, Jay is a great guy, and he's been with me since I started my bodybuilding channel. He was one of the first guests I've ever had on, and he's come on ever since. He is a true friend. Go on his website, check out his products because his products are really, really good. Quality, the best quality product I ever take, that's for sure. Again, I i prevailsups.com, and the discount code is SNS10. All right, so today we're basically gonna be talking about what supplements are best for muscle building. So, this is what I'm gonna do. I am going to read the list of best supplements, and then I'm gonna tell you what I take, and then I will take any questions or comments from the chat, and then we'll go from there. So obviously, to me, and I think the most obvious I think the most obvious is a good protein powder as number one, uh, especially a whey protein isolate. All right. Obviously, we all know that we need protein for muscle repair, and sometimes we can't get our all our meals in, things become tight, or you want to get your whey protein isolate right after you train, or something like that. So it is definitely to me, that is the number one most important supplement you could possibly give your body is your whey protein isolate. Isolate has high leucine content, okay, which is key for muscle uh protein synthesis. And because it's an isolate, it's obviously absorbed much faster than a concentrate. Uh concentrate is you know a decent protein. Don't get me wrong. Sometimes I am cheap, and I use a protein concentrate, a whey protein concentrate, but most of the time I get a an isolate. And you can tell the difference. Isolate is very thin, it uh liquefies very quickly. You could tell the difference in the uh texture. Um, and if you're going to spend the extra, it's real, I mean, what what's the difference in price? 10-15, you're really better off going with the with the uh better quality protein, which is an isolate. I use dimatize. Um, obviously, the ISO pure is you know stood the test of time, but I use dimatize, it's on Amazon, and it's really good quality. Number two, I don't think this is a surprise to anybody, is obviously creatine. And what's great about creatine is that it has been tried true and tested for muscle repair recovery. It allows you to train harder and longer. But in the last in recent years, there's a lot of research that comes out that helps with memory and brain energy when you take creatine. I take creatine, I take between five grams and ten grams a day milligrams, I'm sorry, five to ten milligrams a day. I just throw it right in my protein shake, or sometimes I put it in my fiber. But that's basically the amount that you want between five and ten milligrams a day. I mean, if you're an advanced lifter, you probably want 10 milligrams, but if you're a you know a woman or uh you know a beginner intermediate lifter, five milligrams a day is fine. To me, it doesn't matter when you take it. Uh check your pre-workout, if you use a pre-workout, some pre-workouts have creatine in it already. So check your pre-workout. Look at the back of your pre-workout, see if creatine is in it, see how much creatine is in it. I don't, they might not give you enough. You know, every pre-workout is a little bit different formula. I know um the uh Rogue X doesn't have creatine in it, but uh he has other good supplements in it as well. He sells his creatine separately. Again, you go to iPreveil subs, and you know, it is a great quality creatine Jay uses. I uh everything I use everything IPRV Subs with the exception of whey because he doesn't make a whey isolate. So that's why I go on Amazon and get it from Amazon. I go and get it on dimatize. Like I said, I use dimatize, I use isopure. Sometimes I change it up because I want to try different different ones, but I usually try uh whey protein anyway. So uh creatine, cellular energy production as well. Okay, really, really good. Uh those should be two staples in your supplements, those should be whey isolate, and creatine should be 100% in your supplements that you take daily. No if, ends, or buts. Those two. Now, the next few we're gonna get to are optional if you have the extra money. Um so let's see. Okay, the next one I'm gonna say is uh branch chain amino acids or essential amino acids. Uh let's see. Uh James Kirkpatrick, I've heard a lot about creatine. Tried it once, made uh shake taste gritty, uh, just threw tub away. Yes. Well, look, they you know a lot of times uh you'll take you'll get a creatine and you'll buy the cheaper version and it'll be you know lumpy. Buy a uh good quality creatine. Like I said, go to iPorVale. Uh it's it's very thin, it's very um like I said, I throw it right in my protein shake, or I throw it right in my fiber. I don't even taste it and I just swallow it right down. So you probably bought a cheap one. Listen, I'm I'm guilty of it too. I'm guilty of you know buying the cheap products. But when you buy the cheap ones as opposed to the good ones, but but you can see it, you can clearly see the difference. I mean, you know, I remember being young and using a uh you know, a cheap one and the same thing. It tastes gritty, it was lumpy, it was didn't dissolve good, it was just shit. But if you used one from iPorve creatine, very good, very thin, um, dissolves quickly, we won't have that problem. Okay. Branched chain amino acids or uh essential amino acids. Now, branched chain amino acids, okay. Now, the reason why I say these are like you really don't need branched chain amino acids or essential amino acids if you're taking in enough protein. You need branched chain or essential amino acids if you are on a low calorie diet, if you're on a pre-contest diet, because then you know you're not really taking in enough protein, okay? Um, so what people do is they'll drink a like drink it while they're while they're training. And again, I know I'm gonna be plugging, I prevail because my friend Jason is in the hospital. So uh, you know, I'm gonna plug the shit out of it so that you guys go and and and check out the website and buy some stuff. Uh but it amino impact. I've I've used it uh when I was on low calorie diets and and I wasn't taking in enough protein, but it actually tastes pretty good. You drink it while you're training. Okay, now but here's the difference between branch chain amino acids and essential amino acids, okay? Branch chain is leucine, isoleucine, and valine, all right? It's only three, but in your essential amino acids, you have nine different essential amino acids. You have histidine, iso isoleucine, leucine, lysine, uh methioninine. Uh forgive me if I can't pronounce all these, right? I'm not as good as Paul or Jason Owens. Um, but I'm better than the rest, so it doesn't really matter. I always bring on people that are better than me. Because what's the point of bringing on somebody who knows less than me? That's fucking stupid. Uh, phenolalanine, threonine, tryptophan, and valine, okay? So, like I said, if you're taking in enough protein and you're eating your six meals a day and you take it anyway isolate, you really don't need your branch chain amino acids or your essential amino acids. You should use it when you're on our a low-calorie diet and you're not taking as enough protein as you normally are, right? Like a pre-contest diet, or you know, you're trying to get in shape for the summer, whatever the case might be, right? So that's one, two, and three, as far as I'm concerned. Okay. Now let's go on. This other stuff, like the other things I'm gonna say, are basically uh you know, optional, all right. Next one, beta alanine. Okay, it's an amino acid. Uh, it helps buffer uh acid buildup in your muscles, reducing fatigue and allowing for high intensity trading, two to five grams a day. Now, again, you have to check your pre-workout. A lot of pre-workouts come with beta alanine. I think the majority of them have beta alanine, so you don't have to buy it separate if you have a good pre-workout. Again, I'm gonna plug rogue X from IPRV Sups, okay? He has beta alanine in his uh pre in his pre-workout. Citrulline malate, also in a lot of pre-workouts, also in rogue X. This increases blood flow and nitric oxide production uh for more endurance, so you could train harder and longer in the gym. All right, most quality pre-workouts will have this in their concoction, if you will, for lack of a better term. Okay, again, Rogue X has both of these in there. HMB, I'm gonna butcher the name. Everybody knows what HMB is. It helps to reduce uh muscle protein breakdown. It's great for pre-contest diets. All right, things like HMB, branched chain, essential amino acids, great for pre-contest diets. It is beta, hydroxy, beta, methyl, butrate. I think I actually got that right. Holy shit. Now let's continue. CoQ10. CoQ10 is an antioxidant. It's actually a really strong antioxidant. I take a I take about 100 milligrams a day. 100 milligrams a day is efficient. Uh energy production and cellular maintenance, especially especially as you get older. CoQ10 is very important, especially after the age of 40. Right? After the age of 40, um, you kind of want to try and use whatever you can in your arsenal to help maintain uh cellular production and muscle repair. Let's see. Is beta alanine what makes your forehead burn beware? Yeah, it doesn't, yeah. It uh uh yeah, well, you know what? Let's look it up, okay? Let's look it up. Uh I will look it up right now. Okay. Beta alanine uh side effects. Okay. All right. Let uh let me uh check it out. Share screen. Here we go, and here we go. All right. Beta alanine, common side effects include tingling sensations, upset stomach, potential flushing, and these are general harmless and can't be managed. Yeah, I mean that's basically yeah, that's that's what gives you that like tingling sensation, okay. Um, obviously, if it's too strong, too much, then you could just lower the amount that you take in. All right. Or you could a lot of times, again, a good pre-workout will have sustained released formulas, okay. A good pre-workout will have sustained released beta alanine. A good pre-workout will have sustained released caffeine, all right. There you go. Uh coQ10, yes. After 40, uh CoQ10 is a must. I actually just ran out and just ordered it. Um I don't think Jay sells CoQ10, but I again I order that. Whatever I don't get from iPrail, I go, I order on fucking Amazon. You know, whatever Jay doesn't have, I order on Amazon because it's just that. First of all, it's less expensive and it's easier, right? I'm always on the go. I'm always in the gym, working, doing this, working on here. Stopping at the vitamin shop. Plus, the vitamin shop is like fucking expensive. I'd rather just go to Amazon. Um, uh, I used to be sponsored by um Evolve Nutrition, which is a great store. If you guys want to go back and go to evolventrition.com. The owner's name is Jay. He's he has a whole bunch of stuff, and I'm sure he'll give you a discount. But uh he does not sponsor my channel anymore. But you know, we ended on good terms. The majority of people that sponsor my channel, we we end on good terms, so I still give him a plug here and there, right? The number one supplement that I think the majority of people just don't take, which I think is extremely important. Fiber. A good fiber supplement. I know I'm gonna sound like a broken record. I prevail subs. It's just called fiber. Excellent, excellent fiber. Gut health reduces uh bloating, obviously keeps you fucking regular. Um it also lowers cholesterol and regulates blood sugar. It is extremely important again, after the, especially after the age of four. Look, the majority of us are not going to get in everything in our diet, okay? Which is which is not. You know, the majority of us are on the go. Unless you're Nick Walker and you can make a great living being a professional bodybuilder and you have time, great. But when you're people like us, like you and me, that have to go to work every day, have to meal prep, you know, have to squeeze in a whey shake, we're not gonna get everything in. And I've noticed that the one thing that it does cut out the majority of the time is is fiber. So getting a good fiber, fiber supplement is literally, I take a scoop of fiber and I throw it into water. Sometimes I throw my creatine in it. Sometimes I throw actually um electrolytes in it too. I have these packs of uh electrolytes and I throw it right in there with the fiber and I just down it once a day, whenever. I just get it in. All right. When it comes to things like creatine, when it comes to things like fiber, when it comes to things like my multivitamins, my multi-minerals, I just get it in. It doesn't matter what time of day, as long as I get it in. All right. Like I said, if if you're busy like I am, which the majority of us are, the majority of us are working every day, the majority of us have families, the majority of us are finding time to get to the gym, um, then you just get it in. You get the supplements in. It doesn't matter. Just down it and keep it going. That's life. That is, like I said, unless you are one of the gifted ones, unless you want unless you are one of the blessed ones like Nick Walker or Andrew Jack, who is able to make a living bodybuilding, and you have like an asito mapping out every single thing you could possibly, you know, you need to eat and so on and so forth, and take uh the majority of us have to do what we gotta do to get it in. So that's what we do. Now, here is I I read you all the list of everything I think is extremely important to take in bodybuilding. Here is what I take on a daily basis. Obviously, whey protein, obviously, creatine, fiber. To me, those three are the most important. CoQ10, a multi-mineral, a multivitamin, extra vitamin D. Now I take an extra vitamin D because I work underground in the sewer. And if I don't take extra vitamin D, I don't get a lot of sunlight. My vitamin D is low if I don't take a supplement. So I have to make sure that I take extra vitamin D. Adam, thank you. Made it just in time. Great topic tonight. Can't wait to listen. Thank you very much, Adam. I appreciate it. And thank you for all the support, Adam. You're a great dude. Now, how do you know if you're low on vitamin D? You got to get blood work done. You have to get blood work done, and you got to tell them, look, I want to see what's what vitamins and minerals are low, and so on and so forth. Okay. I take a multi-mineral. I don't take extra iron because I have to donate blood every three months. So my iron is already high. My red blood cell count is high, odds are your iron is gonna be high. So I don't have to take an iron supplement. All right. That's another thing you're gonna have to find out. You're gonna have to find out through blood work. If your iron is too high, if it's too low. A lot of times, um, if you notice that in a man's multivitamin, sometimes it'll have iron, sometimes it won't. It depends, right? In women, most multivitamins or multi-minerals will have iron in it because you know, they're actually they're menstrual cycles, they bleed every month, so you know, their red blood cell count goes down, obviously, and so does the iron. Okay. Extra vitamin C. These are all I I take the extra vitamin C for. Um, so I don't I try not to get sick. I have a I tend to get fucking sick every year, whether it's a cold, flu. Uh I've had I've had COVID since 2020 four different times. So I try to take an extra vitamin C uh to keep my immune system up. Multi-mineral. I make sure my multi mineral has calcium, magnesium, zinc, and it has to have at least calcium, magnesium, zinc. Okay. Again, immune system, repair, strengthening of muscle and bones. Okay, what else do I take? I take the fiber supplement. Let's see, protein, creatine. Fiber, multivitamin, multi-mineral, coQ10, vitamin D, vitamin C. Uh, I put I I uh sometimes I take the um electrolyte packets and I put it right into my fiber and I just down it. That helps a lot. All right. Any what else do I take? That's really it as far as what I take. I mean, every anything after that, even when you're talking about HMB, beta-alanine, citrulline, branch genomated source, those are all like kind of like optional. If you have the extra money, if you're on a lower caloric diet, if you're on a pre-contest diet, you want to take those in, go right ahead. But if I am somebody who is on a budget, okay, I'm buying whey, I'm buying creatine, fiber, multivitamin, multi-mineral, coQ10. That's what I'm buying. That's what that's what I'm using if I'm on a budget. 100 if I'm on a budget, okay. Again, I know I'm gonna sound like a broken record. Let's see, what do we got here? Yo, John, you should check in on Lee, man. Watch his latest live. He seems really depressed and doesn't look like he's doing well. I actually just spoke to him. His car uh broke down. He's having a problem with his car. He will not be. We record I record muscle talk right after this. He's not gonna be joining me on a muscle talk. Um, I talk to Lee every day. Um, I talk to Lee, I talk to Jason Owens pretty much every day. Uh, let's see. Um, let me see. Where is he? Uh okay, just got to the mechanic now. Okay. Uh, probably won't make the show today. My uh car decided to overheat, so I'm waiting on a tow truck on the side of the road. They said it might take two hours, and I have to get it towed. Oh, Jesus Christ. So he's like he's gonna miss, but um, I told him no problem. You know, take care of what you got to take. They said, just got to the mechanic now. Uh at my plane flight, uh, that's gonna be around the world in 80 fucking days. Oh, Jesus Christ. Holy shit. So, yeah, I talked to he Lee is fine, okay. Lee, like everybody else, goes through ups and downs, just like me. I just don't show it or I fucking suppress it because that's how I grew up. You know, she's a man, you know what your emotions fucking push that shit down, you get through the day, right? Uh, but yeah, man, he he's fine. I speak to Lee every day. I speak to Lee, I speak to Jason Arns. And I don't know if you guys heard it from the beginning, but Jay is not doing well. Um, he is in the hospital with some serious back issues, he might have another have to have another back surgery. So please just just do me a favor, go on iPorve Subs or use SNS 10. It's 10% off. Order some supplements from a man. We all need recreating, we all need fucking, you know, a pre-workout, you know. His sleep aid is good. Dream Chaser from iPorve Subs. I I use it when I can't sleep. It really does help you get calm and put you to sleep. And when it went, and when you wake up the next morning, you feel refreshed, you know. And you ever take like a Tylenol PM or NyQuil or Xanax, and the next day you feel like a zombie with his sleep aid, which is called Dream Chaser, it's obviously not as strong as those, but it does make you sleepy. You do sleep through the night, and you don't feel like a fucking zombie the next day. You actually feel refreshed. It's a really good product, and we all know that you need your sleep to repair. So Dream Chaser is if you have the money, if you are not on a budget, and if you have trouble sleeping, that is worth the money. Believe me when I tell you, okay, that is worth the money. I even gave it to my brother because he has trouble sleeping, okay? He even uses it. So that is definitely worth it. Oh God. Anybody else? Let's check out. I've been going through the chat while we're while we're doing this, but uh supplements are those things that um okay, sweet man, as long as he's good. Uh yeah, okay, shoot, man. Shoot, go ahead. Ask me whatever you want. Um, supplements are those things where it's kind of like you got to take it on a daily basis. You don't really feel it initially. It's not like taking anabolics where it hits you like a ton of bricks in the first three to four weeks. Supplements like creatine, whey protein, fiber, things you're taking every day, and it helps you over the long run. Um, and then what happens is you're taking it for six months, and then you know, if you stop taking it, then you fucking be like, oh shit, what's what's the problem? Why am I dragging ass at the gym? Well, I didn't fucking take my creatine. Or why am I not repairing as well? Oh, well, I stopped taking my whey protein. Um, or um, why am I not fucking shitting normal? Well, I stopped taking my fiber, right? It's not something that is gonna be like anabolics where it hits you like a ton of bricks. Okay, that's not that's not how supplements work. Supplements are something that you take in every day. That's why um you know, uh try to make it budget friendly. If you if you don't have have to worry about a budget, then um you know take in everything you can to make sure that you get your good muscle recovery. Pre-workouts. Now, I do use pre-workout. Most of the time I use roguex because roguex has roguex what Jay does with his uh uh pre-workout, which is a fantastic idea. His caffeine is sustained release, and his uh beta-alanine is sustained released. And he also puts in electrolytes, okay? So he actually puts in uh pink Himalayan sea salt, uh pink Himalayan salt. I'm sorry. And it really helps with because when you take in too much caffeine, it actually it actually dehydrates you and pulls the electrolytes out. So in his pre-workout, he actually makes sure that he puts his electrolytes in so you don't have to worry about that. I I know I know he's my friend, but his products are fantastic. And I'm not saying even if he even if he decided he wasn't gonna be my friend anymore, and he wasn't ever come on the show for whatever reason, I would still say his products are fantastic, okay? All right, let's see. Question from uh nano nanotives op. Okay, I've been taking var for six weeks. I hate injections, uh, so no test. Test levels still normal range. Can I take NCLO for PCT? Will I bounce back naturally? Well, I mean, if you're only taking Anivar and your test levels are fine, you don't need a PCT. You know, PCTs are basically um when your test levels are high and then you come off your cycle. And then what happens is uh you need your natural test levels to jump back up before your testosterone is out of your system because then you're working on this very little bit of testosterone. See what happens when you take testosterone when you're on a when you're on a cycle is your body is a very, very smart machine, okay? Your body will realize oh, I'm I'm getting testosterone somewhere else. So it'll stop or lower the production of its own testosterone. Okay, so the key is when you do when you take a testosterone, the key is to figure out that sweet spot to have a good sex life and also have muscle gain from testosterone. All right, that's the key. If you take too little, it's not good. If you take too much, it's it's it's an abuse. Now, so what happens is if you were to take a uh a full cycle, testosterone-based cycle, which I would think any of everybody would should. Okay. I know you don't like to inject. I don't know how you are how old you are now. If you want to throw in the chat how old you are, that means a lot too, your age. Um, when you take testosterone and then you decide you're gonna come off, after three to four weeks, it's coming out of your system, and your body will now bounce back right away. It's not gonna produce testosterone right away. Now, generally speaking, when you're young, when you're in your 20s, after six weeks, it'll probably bounce back. As you get older, it takes a lot more time. Sometimes it doesn't come back at all. But that's actually just the fact of being older, okay? So when you take a good cycle, when you're on a good cycle, just you know, a testosterone, you know, DECA, EQ, VAR, whatever, and then you come off. You want to take the three things that you want to take are HCG, Clomid, and um oh god, not not a remedex, the other one. Nobodex. You want to take a Novidex, okay? Uh for about you know, six weeks, okay? And you will feel a difference. As a matter of fact, the sh what's really great about PCT is that the first few weeks that you're on it and your test levels, you the synthetic testosterone is still in your system, and your natural testosterone level is high again because you're taking HCG and plumid, you're the strongest you've ever been because your test levels are through the roof. It's it's incredible. Okay, it's it's you that's the the the the the sex drive is gonna be high. The the the best in my experience, sex drive is the highest. Uh in the gym results are the highest, and then what happens is after about three to four weeks, it evens off, and then you're on a regular testosterone level. Okay. Uh let's see. Thank you for the intro, bro. Everyone told me uh don't ball the vars weak. Every uh man, even at 20 milligrams, my body has transformed and I feel strong as fuck. Look, oh, you're 29. Yeah, if you're 29, um next time this is how everybody starts off with just wanting to take orals because everybody's scared to inject, okay. I I remember doing it too. I did wasn't VAR. I think the first thing I ever took was Anadrol. Uh and I was in my 20s. So you took VAR. Uh, so that's basically like the gateway drug, okay? Uh var is a good oral. I've used VAR in in the past. Now, here's the thing though, uh Nano. The problem is once you start using stronger stuff, once you start using Dianabol, once you start using Tyrannabol, once you start using anadroll, once you start doing a recycle, like a testosterone uh test Deca and Anadrol or D Ball, then the VAR is gonna feel like nothing, okay? But uh VAR is a really good drug, it's very safe. You don't need uh you don't need a PCT if um if you're only using VAR, okay. Uh but in my my opinion, your next well, okay. I don't want to say slippery slope. My attitude is if you're gonna do it, let's do it right. Okay? That's my attitude. If we're gonna if we're gonna take the chance on taking oral anabolics, whether it's anivar or whatever else, let's do it right. Especially at 29. Your body's gonna bounce back like that, right? Your your your blood pressure's odds are odds are your blood pressure is not gonna go up because you're very young. At my age, I have to be careful because my blood pressure will go up. It's different as you get older. Once you're over 40, it's completely different. I'm all right, don't take this as gospel. This is just a suggestion. I'm not here, I'm not a doctor, I'm not here saying you should take it. But if I were 29 years old and I wanted to do a good cycle, this is what I would take. A testosterone, doesn't matter, sipinate, ananthate, sustenon, deca, or or NPP. I like that for my joints because you're going to be training heavier and it lubricates the joints. Okay. And then I would take an oral, dianobole, anadrol, tyrannibal, anivar. That's what I would do. That's a good healthy cycle. And then when you come off, you stay on that from like eight to 12 weeks, give or take. Eight weeks, 10 weeks. That's that's that's two, two and a half months. Then you go on your PCT, then you take your HCG, you take your Clomid, and you take your Novidex. Okay. Then you take some time off when you're very young. All right. You don't have to go on TRT when you're 29. Your natural testosterone will bounce right back, it'll be in the five, six hundred range, and you'll be you'll be fine. Okay, uh, let's see. Like 200 milligrams of test E for no. No, if you if you're doing it for 200 milligrams a week, if you're doing it for bodybuilding purposes, if you're using if you want to do a testosterone for bodybuilding purposes, generally speaking, you want to take between 500 and 1000 milligrams a week. Okay, that's gonna be plenty uh for great muscle growth. Okay, here's what I used to take in my heyday. I don't take even close to what I take anymore. Um I have uh I have I'm on blood pressure medication, but I don't want to take the chance. There's no reason I'm gonna be 50. There's no reason to get huge anymore. In my heyday, I was taking between 750 and 1,000 milligrams of sustenance, 600 milligrams of deca, and between 50 and 100 milligrams of an oral anodroll, I always prefer Dianabol or Tyrannobol. Um, do you have to take that much? No, you could get away with 500 test, 300 deca, uh, 50 milligrams of an oral, but I wouldn't take anything less than that, okay? I wouldn't take anything more than a thousand milligrams of test or 600 milligrams of decay or 100 milligrams of an oral. I would not take any more of that. So that's gonna be your sweet spot. And again, I'm not saying this is what you should do. I'm not a doctor, I'm not here giving advice. I'm just saying this is what I used to do, and if you want to try it, that's what you should do. Um, is it addicting? It's not physically addicting, it could be mentally addicting, but you have to get through that, okay? So here's what I used to do to get through it, okay. I used to do um, I used to always, if I competed, it was always uh in the summertime or toward the end of the summertime. And I did this, there was a method to my mandus, all right? Because I knew I was gonna come off, and I know I was gonna come off for months, and then so then when I would come off, it would be very cold, and I would be training natural again, and then I would just work out in a sweatshirt in the gym from like whatever October to January, February. And then if I was competing, I would see where I was gonna head for then. All right. Yeah, anytime, bro. You know, you can hit me up on Instagram too. All right. You know, you can hit me up on Instagram at serious serious and silliness bb. You know, um ask me any questions, and and that's really it. But that is going to basically wrap it up for today's breakdown. I hope that everybody enjoyed the show. I know I did it by myself today, so uh maybe uh we'll see. Uh remember, please go to iPorveil Subs. Jay is in the hospital, he's got uh some back issues, he's in a lot of pain. He might have to go through another surgery. There'll be number three if he goes through another surgery. He's a great dude and a great friend. Go to iPorveil Subs. Use the discount code SNS10. And it's not even like you know, you're buying shit stuff. He's but you're buying great fucking supplements from iPorveil, it's quality stuff. You might spend a little bit more money, but believe me, it's worth it. All right. Uh, you look great for 50 many peptides for youth or just genetics. Um, no, I don't like peptides. Okay, let me rephrase that. Let me rephrase that. First of all, thank you. Thank you very much. Uh let me rephrase that. Not that I don't like peptides. Um, at my age, I use growth hormone testosterone. That's really it. Once in a while, like um I'll throw in like Decker NPP, but like at 200 milligrams a week for my joints, and that'll be it. And I'll do like anywhere from 250, 200 milligrams of test to 500 milligrams of test. And then in this winter time, I'll I'll come down to like 200, 100 milligrams and just do a TRT, but I always stay on growth hormone. Um, I'm not a big GLP1 user because I really don't really have a problem burning fat. You know, if my diet is good and I'm doing cardio and I'm training hard and I'm using my growth hormone, it's it comes off. Uh, I've tried Reddit True Tide. I came off the Reddit True Tide because I didn't really like it. It made me very, very sluggish in the gym. I would run out of steam quick, and it would make and also made me constipated, which I don't think is good. All right. Any discount for the unemployed? Get a job, Dave. Jesus Christ, man. What do you mean you're unemployed? So that's basically it, man. Um, we did go over peptides, uh, Nano. Um, I believe we did one sometime back. It was me, Jason Owens, and Paul Barnett, and we covered peptides. Uh, Paul is definitely the man to fucking talk to about peptides, man. He's fucking great. And thank you very much, Nano. I really appreciate the support. All right. Tomorrow morning, you will have a new muscle talk where we're gonna be talking about the Arnold UK. So tune in.
